Our Structures Technicians perform high-quality sheet-metal repairs, structural inspections, fabrication, and modification work across multiple aircraft platforms
• Perform structural repairs, modifications, and fabrication
• Install doubler/skin repairs, ribs, stringers, and bracket assemblies
• Read and interpret SRMs, blueprints, AMMs, and engineering drawings
• Support AOG, heavy check, mod line, and production environments
• Ensure all work meets FAA requirements and company quality standard
• Minimum 3 years of aircraft structures/sheet-metal experience
• Strong fabrication, drilling, riveting, forming, and fitting skills
• Ability to read structural repair manuals and engineering drawings
• High attention to detail and consistent workmanship
• Ability to travel for AOG/rapid-response missions (optional
Our A&P; Mechanics support inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance programs across
AOG, line, and heavy maintenance operations
• Troubleshoot airframe and powerplant issues
• Perform system inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance
• Support AOG, line maintenance, and hangar programs
• Document all work in accordance with FAA Part 43/65
• Collaborate with structures, avionics, and operations support teams
• Valid FAA A&P; License
• All experience levels welcome — no specific aircraft type required
• Strong troubleshooting & diagnostic ability
• Ability to work in fast-paced AOG or hangar environments
• Reliable, disciplined, and safety-focused
Avionics Technicians support installation, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of aircraft
electrical and avionics systems.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot avionics and electrical systems
• Perform wiring/harness work, terminations, continuity checks
• Support AOG, line, and heavy maintenance operations
• Follow OEM manuals, wiring diagrams, and FAA requirement
• Experience in avionics/electrical troubleshooting (all aircraft types welcome)
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams & schematics
• Familiarity with Garmin, Collins, Honeywell, or similar systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Cabin refurbishment, removal/installation of interior components
• Soft-goods repair, panel installations, seat work, flooring
• Support VIP, commercial, and regional aircraft interiors
• Follow engineering drawings and installation standards
• Experience with aircraft interiors or refurbishment work
• Ability to read installation diagrams
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
